This adorable gathered skirt is made with a striking plaid print donned with tiny flocked hearts and trimmed with classical-feeling ivory lace. Attached waist ties with and a regal embroidered TNS logo make it easy to cinch around the waist. Made with two hidden pockets, a silky polyester lining, and an elastic waistband with a gathered skirt backing that extends to fit waists 26” - 35”*, measuring 18” in length.
